Waller Photo - This photo was made from a glass plate negative taken by Albert W. Waller about 1900. The man on the left is George Otwell, who owned a jewelry store on the south side of East Market Street. The picture was taken in front of his home on Depot Street-now Carvel Avenue-and St. Philip's Church steeple shows in the background. This had been the home of the Honorable Elbert N.
